Grenada Inland Revenue Division
The Inland Revenue Division (IRD) is a division within the Ministry of Finance (MoF). It is responsible for the administration of Inland Revenue laws and the collection of a wide range of taxes and licenses. These include:

Extension of Time to File Return
Clause No. 26 of the Tax Administration Act allows the Comptroller to permit a taxpayer to file late, but clarifies that this does not alter the due date for payment unless an extension of time to pay is expressly granted.
The Comptroller may grant the extension of time to file only if the taxpayer applies for the extension before the due date. A taxpayer who files within the extension deadline but pays the tax late will be liable for late payment fee and interest, if no extension of time for payment was granted.
